USARM BOARD MEETING 12-13-05 NOTES

|1||USARM General Information|
None were presented.
USARM received a thank you letter from Camp Okizu for the donation from the raffle at the banquet.
We are continuing to receive donations of raffle prizes for the upcoming banquet.
A financial report was submitted by Dave Jansen and approved by the Board.
A more detailed report will follow via e-mail.
One report was submitted by Carl Sloan for doughnuts. We are still awaiting two equipment rental checks.
Steve Ynzunza will be contacting Ted and Jan to meet to do a MotoGP inventory to include flags, number boards, shovels, etc. Steve Ynzunza wants to document how much of the inventory was lost or damaged at last years race. A determination of what needs to be purchased for MotoGp will occur after the inventory is taken. There was also discussion regarding purchasing flag bags for Laguna Seca. Dave J will research and acquire quotes by next BOD meeting.There was discussion regarding the paying of people to transport equipment to the different events when they are already working the event. There was discussion and the BOD voted to stop this practice going into 2006.
The trailer for Laguna Seca has been purchased. Dave Jansen and Steve Ynzunza will be getting quotes for putting the USARM emblems on the trailer.

The tentative schedule is posted in the GRID. Any changes will be added to the Grid and Website as soon as we hear about them.
Steve J advised that he would be doing a walk thru of the area where the upcoming banquet will be held. He also stated that raffle prizes continue to come in
